2022 Vendor Application Form
If you are interested in a container unit in the 2022 Petawawa Container Market program please complete this vendor application document.  As we receive submissions we will reach out to the applicants.  

For 2022 the Container Market will operate under a set schedule:

July & August -  4 days (Thursday to Sunday)
Thursday and Friday from 4 - 9 pm (night markets) & Saturday - Sunday 10am - 3pm

September & October - weekends only
Saturday - Sunday 10am - 3pm

Note: The intent of the containers is to serve as temporary mini-retail outlets for you/your business to sell and showcase your products/services, to deliver products to the area, to conduct meetings, share general information, to engage with your existing customers and foster new clients.  We advertise the market and promote the vendors and we can provide additional activities to encourage people to attend the market on select days, but we can not guarantee volume of customers to the market or sales.

What are your core products?  What will you be selling at the market?  Note: To be fair to the vendors we do attempt not to have businesses/vendors with the same core products in the container at the same time. This makes the description of your products/services very important.  Note: We will have  "pop-in" days where additional vendors can participate in the market. On those dates we can not guarantee exclusive participation. *
Do you have insurance or will you purchase our insurance for your rental period?  If you indicate you have insurance you will need to provide a copy of your insurance naming the Town of Petawawa as additionally insured for the week(s) you rent the container.  Wondering what the vendor fees are? Please refer to the website for these details.

I am interested in renting a container unit on the following dates:  Note- At this time, we are accepting bookings for the 4 days of July and August and the weekends for September and October. You must participate in all the dates of any given week and have your unit set up half an hour in advance of the market start time and tear down following the end time.    If you only wish to participate in a Pop-In opportunities you will be able to do so as they become available.  Watch our @petawawacontainermarket for these opportunities. The July 2nd Pop In form is part of this form in questions further down.   *

I would also be interested in Pop-In opportunities.  Pop-In opportunities are occasions when a vendor can have a outdoor space at the Container Market for a specific day.  Vendors would need to bring their own table, tent etc.  Vendors would operate the same hours as posted the day of choice. These Pop In's would not count as part of term rentals and so could be available in addition to any scheduled times.  Share your thoughts on this like what month(s) and day(s) would be your preference.  We will use this information to determine some of those pop-in opportunities.
