Howell Signing Day Parents & Students,

Congratulations on your student-participants decision to further their education and to compete in their activity/sport at the collegiate level. As Activities Director at Howell I am both proud and excited to have them represent Howell and our programs at the collegiate level.

For many of our student-participants this is a major academic and athletic/activity accomplishment that many have been dreaming of and have worked towards since they were a small child. I know that each of you as parents have made many sacrifices and have spent a great deal of effort and time preparing your child for this opportunity. We will be offering four “Signing Day” picture opportunities this school year and one "Signing Day Ceremony Breakfast" at the end of the school year. The Activities Department offers an opportunity to have your students signing day picture taken in front of our media wall on four different occasions throughout the year prior to the Signing Day Ceremony Breakfast. We will have a school photographer on hand to take the pictures that will then be shared with each of you. We encourage those that are attending to invite any family, friends, or coaches they would like in their picture. We would ask that you enter the building at the Activities Department entrance on that Wednesday morning in the back of the building. It is the doors with the Viking wrap on them. If you plan on taking part in this picture opportunity please complete this form to make the Activities Department aware.

Additionally, each of you will be invited to our “Howell Signing Day Ceremony & Breakfast” on May 2nd, 2025 where we offer breakfast, a signing day ceremony, and a professional personalized photograph of the signing that will be taken for all Howell students that have signed to further their education and participate in an activity or sport at the college level over the course of the year. I will be sending out those invitations at the end of April for this major event. This is the signing day event that all signees and their families attend. Most seniors list this event as one of their most memorable moments of high school.
