IterateUX Foundation is a globally inclusive, community-based non-profit organization committed to empowering User Experience designers at all stages of their careers, including students and professionals. Our primary goal is to support individuals in the design field by providing them with exceptional learning programs that enhance their hard and soft skills. 🔎 At IterateUX, we are currently seeking advanced UX/UI/Service/Product Designers & Researchers to join our community mentorship program.


MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES:

💼 LIVE - Portfolio Reviews (on IterateUX Discord server)
  • Frequency: The mentor on shift for the month will conduct one 1-hr long Live Portfolio Review per week, on a day of their choosing, excluding Thursdays & weekends.
  • Duration: Mentors rotate shifts by the month.

📄 PRIVATE Portfolio Reviews
  • Frequency: Conduct at least 1 private portfolio review per week. (written, video or 1:1 feedback)

🎤 SPEAKER on UX/UI/Product Design Sessions
  • Frequency: We'll schedule sessions based on your availability, making it flexible and convenient for you.
  • Topics: Feel free to choose a topic that you're passionate about or share your journey in the design field.

👫 UX Challenge Mentorship
  • Frequency: We host several 6-week long UX Challenges per year, and our internal mentor team gets first dibs on mentorship opportunities.

👩🏻‍💻 Interview Mocks
  • Frequency: We just launched our Interview Mocks program. Our internal mentor team gets first dibs on opportunities to join as an Interviewer, Observer or Job Seeker.


Requirements:
 - At least 2 years of working experience
- Must speak fluent English
- Good public speaking skills (Great space if you want to work on it)

* Nice to haves:
- Prior experience with reviewing portfolios & resumes
- Background in tech/entertainment
- Willing to take on intermediate & advanced level reviews

⏳Commitment: Minimum of 6 Weeks, preferably long-term commitment with our team
