Oasis Community and Families Activity: Living Space booking form

After school session for children and their adults to come together to play and eat a hot, freshly cooked meal together as a family/community. Arts and crafts, board games and outdoor space will be available to use.

Due to COVID restrictions and uncertainty, this half term we need to limit each session to 10 families. You will be able to book ONE session per week. You can book in for either the Tuesday OR Thursday.

Please remember - these sessions are for the whole family, and parents are expected to look after their children at all times.
- Only pre booked families will be able to attend.
- Please let us know if you can We will advertise if we have any spaces that come available.
- Children must be supervised at all times and are the responsbility of the adult they attend with.
- All children must attend with an adult.
- Max. 4 children per adult.
