The target of the VILT (Virtual Instructor Led Training) is to develop the skill set and leadership competence to work in or lead a virtual team. The training explores best practice in virtual team leadership, and gives guidelines on the competencies to work successfully in or lead a remote, cross-cultural, cross-functional team across a matrix organization.
