This form is for rising 1st-5th grade students who would like to come to Christ Little Rock School's summer program. There is a MINIMUM of 2 weeks attendance required. Registration is $50 per student or $75 per family. Each week is $125 and lunches will be provided on the last day of each week. Aftercare is provided at an additional $30 a week from 3:30-5:30. All billing will be done through your SmartTuition account or check. If you do not have a SmartTuition account, instructions to enroll will be emailed to you!
