We, Nutley FC, may wish to take photographs or videos of participants to celebrate football Competitions. We adhere to The FA Guidance to ensure these are safe and respectful and used solely for the purposes for which they are intended, which is promotion and celebration of the activities at the Nutley FC Tournament 2024 and our affiliated clubs/leagues.

We may use the images in literature unrelated to when the pictures were actually taken. Children and young people will not be named in any image without parental permission.

We will also be engaging with a photography firm who will be taking photographs and filming on our behalf. These films and photographs may be uploaded to the Nutley FC website and its social media pages.

As an affiliated team you should already have player/parent/carer signed permission for images to be taken and used in the public domain. If you are aware that you have any players that are not signed up to this please let the Tournament organisers in the control tent know as soon as you sign in.
