With this form, you can sign up for a number of beach volleyball clinics from D.S.B.V. "Shot" at Zuiderpark indoor beach volleyball courts in The Hague. Due to the changed circumstances, we would like to offer a few clinics on Sunday. You can choose whether you want to join one or multiple clinics. These clinics will be held with 4 or more people and a trainer, as long as the measures allow it. The duration of the clinic is 90 minutes and takes place on Sunday (from November 22th to December 20th) between 18.00 and 21.00h.

The price will be 10 euros per clinic. You will receive a payment link after the clinics based on the number of clinics you have been able to attend.

If you sign up and get placed in one of the groups, you will be expected at the clinic.
BE AWARE: We'll divide the groups based on skill level, so we can't guarantee upfront in which group you will be placed (it fully depends on the subscriptions). We cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate in all the clinics you select. We will try our best to give everybody that enrolls at least one spot.

Disclaimers:
- Due to the corona measures the clinics could be cancelled or changed at any point so take this into account.
- If you are sick or have any symptoms we want you to try to find a replacement player. You can find someone yourself to replace your spot or ask us to find a replacement player.
- If you have to withdraw due to corona related symptoms you will not have to pay for the clinic, as long as you inform us before 12.00 on the day of the clinic.
