Waiting List 14 Hour Adult Class
Due to Covid-19 we have been given regulations we must follow by the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicle. To comply with those regulations, we must reschedule future class dates at Drive Dat Academy.

The class dates posted on our website prior to Covid-19 were assigned based on the schedule prior to the stay-at-home order. Now that we are operating again, we must adapt to current conditions and schedule future class dates that must take in to account classroom size, number of driving instructors, and regulations given to us by the Commissioner of Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles to operate safely due to Covid-19, since we are still under the pandemic and in Phase 1. The Governor is set to sign an order this Friday, June 5, 2020 which will outline the parameters for operating a business during phase 2. Under Phase 2 we will be able to operate at 50%. This means we will only be allowed 10 people in the classroom setting. This is going to affect our classroom sizes.

As restrictions keep loosening with the State, we may be able to change classroom sizes, but as of now this is the way we need to operate. Any driving school not following these protocols the license to operate will be terminated by the State of Louisiana Commissioner of Office and Motor Vehicles.

If you would like to attend a future class. Please click on the appropriate link of the course you want to register. When you enter your information, it will be dated and time stamped. We will contact you when your turn comes up. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the state of drivers’ education all over Louisiana.
Thank you for your patience.
