Community groups are invited to apply for a booth space at the outdoor market which operates every Saturday from May 17 through October 25. There will be no community booth space during Copper Kettle Festival or Harvest Fest.
The booth space is offered free to any community group who wish to promote their organization. Please avoid bringing food items as there are Food Safety guidelines that must be adhered to for anyone who attends the market. Groups are welcome to bring promotional materials, play games, show videos, have photo displays, sell items (other than food), solicit donations and volunteers, to raise awareness or money for their group. This is a separate booth from the Coffee Booth and you will not be required to sell coffee and tea.
The Farmers Market has a limited number of extra canopies and tables. If possible, please bring your own table and chairs. The space allocated is 10 x 10.
