Please complete this form to apply for a Group Class Scholarship for the 2022-2023 school year. Students will be eligible to receive a scholarship for one school year if criteria are met. Funds are limited but we are happy to help. Partial or full scholarships may be awarded. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
CRITERIA:
1) Attendance-The student will attend group classes, rehearsals and performances with no more than 2 absences.
2) One parent/guardian will serve on a Suzuki Strings Committee. (See the below for possible committees).
