発表者は中部地区英語教育学会会員に限られます(自由研究発表に関しては、共同発表者全員が会員でなければなりません)。また、会員も5月末日までに今年度・過年度の会費未納がないようにしてください。以上、ご同意いただけますか。(Confirmation of membership status. For group presentations, all other presenters must be members of CELES.  Registered and paid? )

【発表にあたってのお願い】

1． 機器の不具合やインターネット接続環境に起因する発表時間の短縮があっても、発表終了時間はお守りください。

２．ご自身の著書や教材などの宣伝・紹介・案内は、原則として認められません。ただし、発表内容に関連して自身が関わっている著書・教材・研究会等に補足的に触れることは、営利目的でない限り、認められます。

３．バーチャル背景を利用する場合、著書や教材等の宣伝や、研究会等の案内を扱った背景は認められません。

1. Please observe the scheduled end time of the presentation, even if there are shortened presentation times due to equipment malfunction or internet connectivity issues.

2. Self-promotion, advertising, or solicitation of personal books or teaching materials is generally not allowed. However, it is permissible to touch upon supplementary information about one's own books, teaching materials, or research groups that are relevant to the presentation content, as long as it is not for profit.

3. When using virtual backgrounds, backgrounds that advertise books, teaching materials, or research groups are not allowed.
