Please fill out the information below if you would like to attend the Parenting Seminar on June 4th. The purpose of this form is to get an idea of how many people are attending this seminar. There is no pre-registration fee but each person or couple will need a workbook. The cost to attend is $15/person or $20/couple. This can be paid for on the day of the seminar. We can take debit, credit, cash or cheque. Lunch will be provided.
