Payment Plan

If you choose to use a payment plan I will divide the cost up so you make payments of approx. $50 every 2 weeks starting at the time of registration. Please keep in mind you are agreeing to pay for all the meetings you register for, regardless of attendance. (More information below)

October - 10/4, 11, 18, 25 - ($100)

November - 11/1, 8, 15, (not 22), 29 - FREE

December - 12/6, 13, 20 - ($75)

Payment Details

Invoice

You will receive a Paypal invoice within 48 hours (M-F) of submitting your form. Payment due within 48 hours of receiving invoice.

Payment Plan (Optional):

3-5 equal payments (10 payments for longer programs)

Payment plans are available at no extra cost. You will receive an invoice 2 days before each payment is due.

You understand and agree that you are responsible for all payments for all the meetings you register for, regardless of attendance, or change in plans. You are welcome to transfer a full month to another person if you register and then are unable to attend.

Payment Plan/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Payment Plan

Once you make your first payment in the payment plan (after receiving your invoice), you are committed to the meetings you registered for and agree to complete the payment plan in full, regardless of attendance.

Refunds and Cancellations

While refunds are not available once you make your payment (or the first payment in a payment plan), you are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else up until 2 days before the first meeting of the month. You may not ask for more than you paid. You are still responsible for paying for the meeting(s) in full and must handle all the logistics of the transfer.
Please get in touch with Emery emery.mikel@creativelyhealing.com and share the name, credentials (if applicable), and contact information for the new attendee. If Water & Stone or Firefly & Phoenix ever need to cancel a meeting, you will have the choice between applying the payment to another meeting or getting a full refund.
