We accept students interested in enrolling at Merced Scholars Charter School throughout the school year. In order to be considered for enrollment to the school, we ask that you complete this form. Please list the name of the person you would like us to consider first for enrollment. On the additional pages, you will be able to add up to two more siblings or relatives for consideration.

Should you have more than three children you are interested in enrolling, please complete another Intent to Enroll Form for the additional students.
