During Baltic Diversity Academy we are going to discuss why it is beneficial to think strategically when it comes to DEI, how to set KPIs, and seek measurable change. Monika Baravykė, DEI lead at Vinted, will provide theoretical insights as well as practical examples of (un)successful DEI strategies. All participants are welcome to share their experiences, thoughts, and questions.
