A 12-year-old boy, presented with multiple raised pinkish and brown lesions over the left thigh of 1.5 years duration. It started as size of marbles that later increased in size. The lesions are accompanied by a bit of pain and itching. Dermatological examination revealed multiple well-defined verrucous hyperpigmented, scaly and crusted plaques on the left lateral abdominal and inguinal area. Histopathological examination found Langhan’s giant cells in epitheloid cells inflammatory cell, lymphocytes and necrosis. Ten percent KOH staining was negative for fungus.
