CORA Equity Education Program
The Office of Student Equity, Adult Education Program and Strong Workforce Program are proud to offer our college the opportunity to participate in the Center for Organizational Responsibility and Advancement's (CORA)  Men of Color and Equity in Education online courses. The courses in this certificate training program will provide CCSF staff, faculty,  and administrators an opportunity to learn about essential practices and behaviors that have been shown to improve student outcomes. After completing this form, you will be sent instructions on how to enroll in the following courses:

1) Teaching Men of Color in the Community College
2) Supporting Men of Color in the Community College
3) Teaching Boys and Young Men of Color
4) Unconscious Bias
5) Racial Microaggressions
6) Black Ally Program - “Dismantling Anti-Blackness on Your Campus: Core Competencies for Allies”
7) Course Design for Racial Equity
8) Best Practices for Teaching in Community College

Please note: This program is for CCSF employees (staff, faculty, and administrators). Participants in the program will have 30 days to complete a course once started, and each course requires approximately 15 hours to complete. You will receive a certificate of completion from CORA once a course has been successfully completed; it is your responsibility to report PD hours to the VRC.

The Office of Student Equity processes newly received interest forms and sends enrollment instructions on Tuesdays and Thursdays - please Kyle Hill at khill@ccsf.edu if you do not receive a response within a week.
