SURVEY FORM ON EXISTING NPQS
Dear Sir/Mdm,

The previous National Productivity and Quality Specifications (NPQS) was developed and jointly managed by Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA). Launched in 2004, NPQS provided a platform where a common set of national building specification was used to achieve greater productivity and higher quality levels in the construction industry.  The set of technical specification covered Architectural, Civil & Structural and Mechanical and Electrical works.

iNPQS Pte Ltd, a company recently set-up by SIA, IES and ACES and supported by BCA is given the task to develop the Intelligent National Productivity Specification (iNPQS) platform, an updated and revised version of the NPQS, to improve productivity through Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology.

We are conducting and inviting members to participate in the following survey to better understand and facilitate in the development of the new iNPQS. Your support and participation on the survey is very much appreciated. Thank you.
