We work with gentle motions to center body and mind, and
fortify overall physical confidence. Classes begin with standing warm ups to open the joints and bring awareness to each part of the body. Standing exercises develop intelligent body-mind connection through a focus on alignment & breath. To finish, gentle, yet dynamic chair exercises are taught to build better habits in daily life for better balance and fall prevention.
Classes focus on developing body awareness, balance, and confidence. The Qigong motions are simplified to be accessible to everyone, providing a safe, modern approach to an ancient practice that is
quickly and directly applicable to daily life. Attention to detail and care for each person in the class, according to their present physical condition, is provided.
