We
have a NEW opportunity for K-State Undergraduate Accounting students for the
2024-25 school year! The SGA-Gordon Family Scholars' Program is a prestigious honors-style program for high-achieving K-State Accounting students. Selected
students will have the opportunity to interact in a small group setting
with weekly meetings on Mondays at 11:30 a.m. with
professionals, K-State faculty members, and other highly motivated students.
Students will also be awarded scholarships for their participation in the
program. Furthermore, students will be assigned a mentor from SGA, who can help
further their professional development and career goals.
All students will be awarded a $1,500 scholarship for their participation in the SGA-Gordon Family Scholars' program. Students will also have the option of enrolling in a 1-credit hour class to receive credit for their program participation. Furthermore, students in the program will take part in a domestic trip together as a group.
Students must be a full-time undergraduate
student in Accounting at K-State during the entirety of the 2024-25 school
year. Students should typically have a
3.5 or higher GPA to apply.
Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year are due April 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
