The graduates receiving the following degrees will communicate their attendance to the universitywide ceremony with their respective schools and will NOT NEED TO COMPLETE this form:

- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Graduating students earning a master's degree from the da Vinci Center for Innovation should choose "Graduate School" in the list below. Those receiving certificates from the da Vinci Center for Innovation should choose the school or college relative to their major in the list below.

Graduates should arrive at the Siegel Center by 9 a.m., using the Harrison Street entrance.

***Be cautious wearing tall heels. You’ll be navigating stairs and escalators, so comfortable footwear is highly recommended.

***Graduates, if you arrive after 9:30 a.m., you may be unable to sit with your school.

Dec. 10 - Will take place at the Siegel Center, 1200 W. Broad St., from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Appointments required. Please register using this link https://www.gradimages.com/PortraitScheduling/Search?OccasionRef=172546.

Dec. 11 - Will take place at the Siegel Center, 1200 W. Broad St., prior to Commencement exercises from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Graduates who wish to participate in this final portrait opportunity should plan to arrive early. Registration not required.

There is no obligation to purchase the portrait; you will receive proofs via email showing each available background.

Parking is available to the public for free at two VCU parking decks: the West Broad Street Parking Deck, located at 1111 W. Broad St., and the Bowe Street Parking Deck, 609 Bowe St. For maps and directions, visit maps.vcu.edu/monroepark/siegelcenter.

For the universitywide ceremony, tickets for guests are not required. Seating for guests is available on a first come, first served basis. There is no reserved seating. Doors to the Siegel Center will open at 9 a.m.
