If you would like to request a change to your student schedule, please fill out the form below. Please know that student schedule changes are not guaranteed as classes may not be available and ensuring you have the necessary credits for graduation is a priority. Changes for the following circumstances will be looked at:
- If you are in a class you have already earned credit for and cannot earn again
- If you are in a class you do not need and there are other credits you need to fulfill graduation requirements
- Freshmen who are not enrolled in health and did not take health over the summer
- Others based on conversations with parents/teachers/students
