Strong feelings of anger and frustration can cause children and teens to
shut down or behave in aggressive ways. Which could become a major challenge in
their lives. Children and young people may experience anger and frustration for
a number of reasons. These may seem like small challenges, but in reality they
affect their daily lives and social relationships. An important key in dealing
with these challenges is to remember that anger is not the problem. We all
experience these feelings. They are natural and healthy. What matters most is
learning how to manage that anger and frustration in healthy way.
