Before we start, kindly complete the registration form and take note of the following details:

• This registration form is for 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 unless more than one participant has the same parent or guardian. However, should the participant belongs to a different parent or guardian, kindly complete a new registration form.

• The age group for this camp requirement is for children between 𝟳 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱.

• Do take note that SuperPark Singapore is a 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗸-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
