Beginning in 2019-2020, we are planning to add a preschool program on the Cleveland Elementary School campus.  

Part day or Full day Preschool
During the Preschool Program, students will learn preschool foundations (standards) through research-based curriculum that prepares them for Kindergarten.   This is a high quality, comprehensive experience that provides children a solid educational foundation, with emphasis on developmentally appropriate practices.

Dual Language Immersion Preschool- Spanish, Armenian, or Mandarin
During the Immersion Preschool Program, students will learn a new language through research based curriculum that prepares them for the Pasadena Unified Elementary Dual Immersion Program.  Students are provided the opportunity to become bilingual, biliterate, and culturally aware in a different language.  Teachers instruct the students 90%-100% in the new language throughout the session. Education Assistants are available to assist the students in English.

Age Requirement:   Children must be 3 years by September 1, in order to enroll.
Tuition: Subsidy is available for parents who qualify.

* Enrollment in Preschool does not guarantee placement in the Elementary School for Kindergarten.  It is the parents' responsibility to follow the district procedure for the school application process.
