Chaos Ultimate Interest Form
Join Capital City Chaos for its second season! Chaos Ultimate is Montgomery, Alabama's Open club team. We're looking for players with a passion for ultimate and the determination to grow! All players will be welcome to practice and be a part of Chaos with the intent of growing the sport of Ultimate frisbee in Montgomery. However, a 26 man roster will be set for certain tournaments that require it such as sectionals and regionals.

Player fee- $115. (Covers bid fee for every tournament) 
-players must purchase jersey (it will be the same jerseys from last year so returning players may use the same ones)

*Team Commitment during the club season (May -Sept) includes 1 weekly practice and at least 1 traveling tournament per month

Open Tryout located in Montgomery (field address TBD), May 4th
9:00 - 11:30 am

Season Availability
It is important we fill our roster with players who are available for majority of practices and tournaments. This is the tentative tournament schedule for the 2024 season and is subject to change. Please mark if you are able to attend the event listed.

Last note!!!
We want to be transparent about the involved costs of competing with our club team. Each rostered player will be required to have an active USAU membership and the team jersey kit in order to compete. Chaos players will also split the costs of lodging and carpool for each travel tournament. Capital City Ultimate will host a fundraiser at the beginning of the season to raise funds for tournament bid fees and equipment costs that we ask players to participate in. If the player fee is an issue or  If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to leadership
