The maximum number of days it will take for you to create + upload tracking information into the Partner Portal from the date of an order.* (This does not include the delivery of the goods to the customer**) *Chargebacks (late fees) are automatically calculated off of the lead time. **Orders placed on Weekends will populate in the Partner Portal on the following Business Day at 12 AM PST.
