With COVID-19 continuing to impact our trips, and fires and other concerns always a potential challenge, it is important that you make an informed choice when signing- up for the trip.  Should we need to cancel the trip for any reason, a full refund of the Y-Hike Fee will be provided.  Should you decide to cancel yourself, please understand that we may be unable to refund your payments entirely (we will do what we can).  We will continue to follow directives from Caltech and the Pasadena Public Health Department, will continue watching for fires or other obstacles in the region, and will let you know if anything changes.  If you do have a change in plans, the earlier you can let us know the better.

The Y-Hike is designed in part based on the abilities and interests of trip participants.  Please complete all applicable fields so that we can organize a trip that is best suited to each participant in our group.
