* Stall holders are to provide their own tables etc from which to sell their goods.

* Each stall will be allocated a pitch. Stalls must only be set up in your allocated pitch. Maximum pitch depth is 5M and your vehicle MUST fit within you pitch.

* Pitch fees will not be refunded to stall holders that do not turn up on the day, except in exceptional circumstances.

* You must ensure that the area you occupy is left clean and tidy including removal from the site of all rubbish from your trading activities. Any stall holder leaving rubbish on the site will have to pay a £50.00 rubbish disposal charge.

* You are prohibited from selling food and drinks.

* You are to have a risk assessment in place and are to have all the relevant certificates, licenses and insurances applicable for you to trade. I do not need a copy of these documents but they need to be available for inspection on the day.

* The organisers will not be liable for:
~ Any loss, damage, theft or injury suffered by the stall holder or their assistants.
~ Loss of monies or lack of earnings caused by the position of stall and/or pitch, or any other cause.
~ Any penalty imposed by an authority in relation to the failure of the stall holder to comply with any statutory requirements in connection with their trading activities.
~ Any injury to any person or damage to property caused by the stall holder or their assistants resulting from activities in connection with their stall and/or pitch.

* A speed limit of 10 M.P.H. shall apply to all vehicles in all rally areas off the public highway.

* All entrants must pay full regard to marshal’s instructions and conduct themselves in a manner which does not inconvenience or endanger other road users or persons.

PLEASE NOTE

* Alton College is open from 08:30 to 17:30 and will be staffed during these hours.

* Stall holders are required to be set up and ready to trade when the event opens to the public at 10:00.

* All stall pitches are situated outside therefore there is no shelter from inclement weather. Most pitches will be on grass, although the ground is normally firm. Some pitches may be on hard standing.

* Payment for sales stand pitch is required within 48 hours of booking. Your application will be rejected if payment has not been received by us when your form is processed.

* If your payment is rejected or recalled by your bank you will have to repay any bank fees we incur as a result.

* To help stall holders have a good day trading the stall pitches are limited. Pitches are allocated on a first come basis. When the stall limit is reached a message will be displayed on the ‘Entry forms’ page on our website. Applications received after the stall limit has been reached will be rejected and your payment returned to you.
