Disrupted: Stories of Eviction and Health
“Disrupted: Stories of Eviction and Health” is a photography exhibition and storytelling event exploring the impact of eviction notices on tenants' health and wellbeing.

NorthStar Church of the Arts and Karla Jimenez-Magdaleno will be hosting a community discussion to showcase photographs about evictions and health and to provide a forum for meaningful dialogue on the problems of and solutions to Durham’s housing system. Tenants featured in the photographs will be there to share their stories.

Everyone is welcome to join and bring their own stories and ideas to help address housing instability. Even if you’re there to listen, your presence is power in itself.

Refreshments will be served. Please R.S.V.P. here so that we can ensure we have enough food and to accommodate dietary restrictions.

For any questions, contact Karla at kjimenez@unc.edu.
