EXPECTANCY:We at Kitty Rescue have a level of expectancy for all our potential owners/fosterers. Please read and accept the following statements
I hereby acknowledge adopting/fostering a cat/kitten from Kitty Rescue and agree to:

1. Provide this animal with proper humane care, food, water, shelter, exercise and all other necessities. *

2. Provide him/her with veterinary treatment in an emergency and in order to keep the animal in good health. *

3. Keep this animal as a pet and companion. *

4. Notify Kitty Rescue immediately if I find, for any reason, that I am unable to keep this animal. *

I will never have the animal euthanized for any reason other than an end-stage injury or illness where the animalis suffering, nor will I surrender him/her to any third party without the express approval of Kitty Rescue or releasehim/her to fend for him/her. *

Abuse, neglect or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this agreement will result in the removal of the cat/kitten from my custody.By accepting below, I declare that I understand and agree to all the provisions in this agreement. *
