This workshop will explore the structure of the skeleton as a way to create ease and alignment in the body. Through discussion and very light movement (sitting, standing, walking), you will be given strategies for balance and movement efficiency. This workshop is for anyone currently inhabiting a human body - all varieties are welcome! We can make accommodations based on individual mobility. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to remove your shoes.
