Hello! My name is Carly Holmes and I'm a DCPS Alumna (Banneker '18) and current college student (UMD '22). I am looking to form a non-profit program called "DC2UNI" which will help DCPS/DC Public Charter School upperclassmen and current college underclassmen get to and through college, thriving through the process and succeeding afterward. I'm thinking of starting with a newsletter that will include articles and a Q&A section and a social media presence. Once we get enough students on board, we may start a mentorship program matching college upperclassmen and graduates with underclassmen/high schoolers. I am hoping to launch this organization sometime between Fall 2021 and Fall 2022.

If you are an underclassmen college student or a parent who'd be interested in putting their current high school or underclassmen (freshman/sophomore) college students from DC on the list to receive the newsletter, get a mentor, or be notified when our social media page is up please sign up through this contact form.

I ask that for underage students a parent sign this form for them and provide their email address with the student's email. If you are a student in high school or college 18 or over you can sign the form by yourself and put "n/a" for the parent's email question.
