2023 Trap Run Volunteer Shift Preference Form
Thank you for volunteering at this year's Trap Run! 

We're so excited for another year of running, music, and community. By completing this form you're committing to helping make it all happen! 

Please select your preferences for shift and assignment and we'll do our best to match you with your top choice. Volunteer assignments are: 
  • Floaters - these people usually volunteer for the whole day, and will be assigned to help with various race-day tasks on Saturday (Sep.9).
  • Cheer Station Captains - these people are the main point of contact at the cheer/DJ stations, and are usually part of a group 
  • Course Crew - these people usually volunteer for a few hours, and will be spread along the race course ensuring that the route stays clear of vehicle traffic on Race Day
  • Tear Down - these people will help with after-event cleanup. This will require minor lifting and movement of race course barriers, tables, and chairs. If you are unable to do this lifting, please select a different assignment.
Once you've completed the form, we'll send you a confirmation the week of the race with your shift+assignment and any additional details needed to prepare you for participating.
