I understand the following: *

Space Fee $20.00 plus 3% tax.

Includes one 6-foot table & 2 chairs.

Extra tables are $10 each.

The event will begin at 10 am and end at 4 pm. Set up begins at 8:30 am.

Valuables must be secured, the SCC will not assume responsibility for table contents.

All space fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Commercial vendors are responsible for business license and borough taxes (Individuals just having a garage sale table do not need these things.)

Spaces will not be assigned and will be first come first serve.

All trash must be removed from premises and your table area cleaned up.

I understand that I will have to pay for my space within 24 hours of registration.

Clear form

Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
