AMA Host Questions-Please submit 5-10 relevant Univers questions that you will ask during the AMA. We will select the questions we wish to answer and notify you in advance of the AMA. If questions are not submitted in advance, we will not consider your community for an AMA. *

Host Guarantees and Value Adds *

Host understands Univers will create AMA poster and share inital post on Univers socials.

Host guarantees it will share Univers' AMA announcement with all relevant information and instruct community to ask questions in Univers' Twitter comments.

Host guaratees a minimum of 5 promotional Twitter/Telegram posts before scheduled Univers AMA date.

Host guarantees a minmum of 2 promotional Twitter/Telegram posts following the Univers AMA.

Host will select two community Twitter questions from Univers' original Twitter post and provide them to Univers at least 24 hours before scheduled AMA.

AMA Protocol- After initial AMA host questions, host will direct all Telegram traffic to the Univers International Community channel where the floor will be opened to any Telegram community questions and where Twitter/Telegram questions will be revealed/answered. Winner will also be revealed on Univers' International Community channel.

Host understands payment will occur in two installations. Half immediately before the AMA, and the remaining amount following the successful execution of AMA and social media posts.

Host is responsible for distributing rewards amongst AMA community winner(s).

Host will provide Univers with AMA Recap/Transcript article no more than 48 hours after the AMA finish.

Host is following Univers International Community Telegram Channel ( https://t.me/entertheuniverson ), and Network Announcement Telegram Channel ( https://t.me/Univers_networkTelegram ) as well as @Univers_Network on Twitter.

Host understands that this is a legally binding contract and any failure to adhere to host obligations will result in withheld payment.
