I AM AWARE THAT ALTHOUGH MY STYLIST HAS SPECIFICALLY CUSTOMIZED MY COLOR KIT, I AM VOLUNTEERING TO APPLY MY OWN COLOR AND I AM FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESULTS OF THE COLOR AND APPLICATION. I HAVE GIVEN MY STYLIST FULL DISCLOSURE ABOUT MY PREVIOUS HAIR HISTORY AND UNDERSTAND THAT NOT ALL HAIR COLOR CAN BE 100% PREDICTABLE. I WAS PROPERLY INFORMED AND RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONAL ROOT TOUCH UP KIT SHEET THAT I HAVE AGREED UPON. I UNDERSTAND THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN EVEN IF I DON’T LIKE THE FINAL RESULT. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THE COST OF TODAY'S SERVICE KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FOLLOWING VISITS DUE TO THE FADING, CHANGING OF COLOR, OR COLOR ADJUSTMENTS.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BONDI SALON SERVICE KITS: I agree to follow the instruction sheet to the best of my ability.I agree that if at any time I do not understand the instructions set for me that I will refer and consult my stylist personally. I agree to not hold Bondi Salon or any persons responsible for results I achieve once the product is mixed and applied. I agree that I am expected to maintain proper care of my hair color at home using quality stylist approved products. I have read, understand, and fully accept all instructions pertaining to the Take Home Color Kit.
