TUITION

I am enrolling my student in the Willamette Girlchoir. I understand that to enroll my student I must pay tuition for each semester upfront and is non-refundable. I further understand that this is a binding contract that requires me to pay in full tuition for the 2021-22 season according to the billing schedule outlined. I agree to pay the yearly tuition in the amount of:

Sonnet choir - $400 - Fall payment $200 Spring payment $200
Epic choir - $500 - Fall payment $250 Spring payment $250

I understand that failure to complete tuition payments may result in the handing over of moneys owed to a collections agency. Any outstanding payments may be drawn from the student’s personal fundraising balance at the end of the year.
I further understand that the only reason for pro-rated refund of tuition is to withdraw due to serious illness, family emergency, or relocation out of the area. Should such a situation arise, I will communicate it to the director so the board can make appropriate arrangements.
PARTICIPATION
I understand that if my student misses two or more regular rehearsals OR the dress rehearsal, they are ineligible to perform in the concert without the director’s consent. I further understand that repeated unexcused lateness to rehearsal is grounds for disqualification from performing in the next concert or dismissal from the group.
I further understand that my students’ music folder is property of Willamette Girlchoir and lent to my student for use. If my student’s music is lost or damaged, my Charms account will be charged at a rate of $3 per lost or damaged piece of music. Music is returned the dress rehearsal before each concert. Failure to return the music be that date will result in lost music charges.
