Data Requirements with our data conversion services we will import the following from your previous system:    Current clients & client info    Non-clients (non chargeable)    Client relationships (e.g. directors, shareholders, shares, trustees, beneficiaries, partners, %'s etc)  and if achievable any custom data attached to your clients e.g. AML captured data
Opening WIP balances *
Aged WIP balances convert as current opening WIP balances.  Note that if you do elect to convert WIP balances, these balances would require an Action/Matter to assign these against. E.g. "General Matter".  Generally we suggest billing out all or as much WIP as you can prior to converting data.  **Please note we do not convert across historical WIP billing records relating to matters that have already been billed/Closed**   Please make sure you are aware of this by answering below:

**Documents can be imported but limited to the age and size of your firm. If you are wanting documents converted then we will need to determine the scale of this before confirming if we can import these for you.
Do you require Emails to be converted/Imported across to Actionstep? *
 **Emails can be imported but will sit in the documents area and not the Email area of Actionstep. This is limited to the age and size of your firm. If you are wanting email files converted then we will need to determine the scale of this before confirming if we can actually import them.
Do you require your Trust Account transactions converted? *
**We bring in only an open Trust Account balance and not the detail. It is imported to understand that for the first month a statement from your prior system and one from Actionstep is sent to your client showing the closing balance in one system to the converted opening balance in Actionstep.
