RIDE THE WAVE (Battle of the Bands)
Thank you for being a part of Ride the Wave.

Please note that the TOP THREE video entries as determined by our judging panel (consisting of Make a Difference PMQ committee members and a number of local music industry professionals) will be posted on the Ride the Wave Festival YouTube Channel where a popular vote will take place to determine the winner. Videos will be made available from Monday 30th May to Friday 10th June. The winner will be announced on Saturday 11th June!

We will be advertising over our social media and other media platforms. In addition, the winner will be given the opportunity to perform a 'LIVE SET' (45mins) on the Market stage at the Ride the Wave festival on Saturday 25th June. Video recordings of these performances will also be posted on our YouTube Channel and other media platforms.

I understand that I am to receive no compensation for these appearances. Ride the Wave (in conjunction with Make a Difference PMQ) shall have complete ownership of the program. I give Ride the Wave (in conjunction with Make a Difference PMQ) the right to use my name, likeness and biographical material . I hereby release Ride the Wave (in conjunction with Make a Difference PMQ) from any infringement or violation of personal and/or property rights of any sort based upon the use of the Recording.
Ride the Wave (in conjunction with Make a Difference PMQ) may:
1. Photograph me and record my voice and likeness for the purpose of the production stated above;
2. Make, screen and distribute copies of the audio, photographs and recordings made at their discretion;

There will be no Refunds issued for Non Performance.
