This is a registration form to volunteer with Branch Up Beyond.

Branch Up run 3 activity days per term for young people referred by social services, we expect volunteers to all 3. For this programme you will need to complete the safeguarding video and have a DBS check but someone will be in touch to once you have applied to help with this. The age group is 12 -15 year and the programme involves workshops, days out and fun activities!
