LMMS Class Change Request
 *A $5.00 fee is payable upon receipt of request.  School fees must be paid or payment arrangements made before schedule changes can be made.  You will be directed to www. myschoolfees.com once you have submitted this form. You can also pay at the finance office.

*Counselors will make the changes as they come in and after all schools fees are paid. Changes are not guaranteed and depend upon current class loads. If the class changes cannot be made the $5.00 will be credited to your student's account. You may not begin attending the desired new class until the class change is made in Skyward. Class changes end Wednesday, August 23rd.
