Participants and spectators (if any) must follow all rules and procedures for a safe and fun event. Numbers will be limited according to regulations at the time of the event.

Participation is voluntary. NDSU Extension does not guarantee that participants are fully protected from COVID-19 exposure.

Each participant can have only 1 entry in Project Expo. While this contest is at the same time as the Communication Arts contest, we encourage entry in both events. Dual Communication Arts and Project Expo entries will be accommodated as needed. 4-H dress code is required for this event.

There are 3 age groups, with ages being as of Sept. 1, 2019:

Cloverbud:  5-7
Preteen:      8-12
Teen:           13-18

Awards:

Cloverbuds:               T-shirt and participation ribbon
Preteen and Teen:     Grand Champion receives $25; Reserve Champion receives $20

All participants in all age divisions will receive a participation ribbon.
