Your request will be processed based on the supporting documentation. You should receive refunds within approximately 30 days; transfers will be completed within 5-7 business days. If there is an issue with your refund/transfer, you will be contacted within two weeks. NOTE: We will use all necessary resources to contact the requestor in the event of an issue. However, it is the requestor's responsibility to follow up with the PISD Business Office in regards to the refund or transfer if need be.
