2019 Holiday Party Potluck & Volunteer Sign Up
Help us make this ASH holiday party the best one yet! This year the Holiday Party is sponsored by Barry Tingleff!
We will have a potluck and we are asking that you declare what you plan on bringing so we can avoid having 43 trays of sweet potato pie.
We also need your help setting up, managing a few activities, and cleaning up.
ASH would like a few turkeys & hams to be on the list. The club will pick up the tab! The first 3 members to sign up for turkey and the first 3 to sign up for ham will be reimbursed up to $25.00

We will have very limited access to electrical outlets. We are asking all members to bring their dishes in disposable chaffing dish (hotel pan) trays. If your dish requires an electrical outlet (ie. crock pot, heat lamp, etc.) use the box below to let us know.

Great work again ASH! We were able to fill every volunteer spot needed. If you were late to signing up and still willing to help we can always use an extra hand. Sign up to be a super volunteer and we will find a place for you.
