Fall is the season of fun and fitness...let's stay healthy together!!! Starting September 15th-October 30th, we ask you to hike, bike or run with ASRC to promote healthy living and gratitude during the season.

On or before October 30th send us your best 5k (3.1 miles) time and pictures of your festive running costumes and prizes will be awarded to the 1st place winners in each age bracket.

Here's how it works:
-Track your time using your Fitbit, Apple Watch, MapMyRun or any other fitness tracker.
-Once you have completed you 5k, please email a picture of you time to Sara@ct-asrc.org.
-Winners will be announce and notified Tuesday, November 2nd 2021.
