The D.C. Department of Employment Services' Office of First Source Compliance will be hosting a Hiring and Job Training Fair, on June 15-16th. In preparation for our Hiring Event, we are requesting that you complete our Employer Survey to inform us of some of your hiring needs. This information will better inform us of employers' needs as we engage and pre-screen potential job applicants and identify the best ways to connect employees to available and appropriate job opportunities. The Hiring & Career Training Fair will be scheduled as follows:

June 16, 2022 - Non-Construction Industry & Career Training Fair
8:30AM - 3:00PM

The Hiring and Career Training Fair will also provide businesses, that are subject to the First Source law and other hiring requirements, with the opportunity to connect with and hire job applicants, who may possess skills that align with the company needs.
