Membership Form 2024

When joining our club for the first time, the details you provide will be added to our membership database.
Our booking system will hold your details, however you will need to give permissions to allow the system to display your name and contact details, by doing this you are allowing other members access to your details so they can contact you for matches etc. So please login and go to "my account" and tick the boxes you are wanting to show.
All other information is only for club use.

Membership year runs from the 1st March to the end of February and we expect all members to pay for the whole year. That includes members who opt to pay by Standing Order.

Please be aware, if you join the club with 5 months or less to go, then you will be asked to pay the balance in full. Standing Order payments are only for existing members and NEW members joining with 6 to 12 months to pay.

Full - £200 per year or £18 per month

Family - £400 per year or £36 per month

Couple - £360 per year (£180 each) or £32 per month (Couples must reside at the same address)

One-Parent - £210 per year or £19 per month (One parent joining and up to 4 kids who are 17 or under)

Senior - £130 per year or £12 per month

Intermediate - £100 per year or £9 per month (aged 19-25 yrs as of 1st March)

Student - £100 per year or £9 (full time students based in Dumfries & Galloway - Student Card Required)

Secondary Junior - £35 per year

Primary Junior - £25 per year

Trial - £36 (2 month full use of the club - £36 must be paid in full before starting)

Social - £45 (Bar use only)

Pay in full via BACS transfer or Faster Payment (Our bank details will follow in the confirmation email)

Standing Order Payment (a deposit is required then a regular monthly payment from the 1st of the month in advance) - Bank details will be in the confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE, THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE TO NEW MEMBERS JOINING WITH 5 MONTHS OR LESS REMAINING OF THE MEMBERSHIP YEAR. YOU MUST PAY IN FULL.

Other - If you wish to pay by cash or cheque, then please visit the club and pay at the bar. Your membership will not be activated until this is paid.

Paypal - (Only available to existing members with a current or previous account) To pay by Paypal there will be an addition small fee to cover Paypal Charges. You will be advised of these before you complete your payment.
