USC Single-Use Plastics Elimination – Beverage Bottles Policy Transition Request Form
On July 1, 2022 USC's Single- Use Plastics Elimination – Beverage Bottles Policy went into effect.

Please use this form to report instances where you  cannot have your product purchases converted or eliminated by the July 1st, 2022 deadline, or where you believe plastic beverage bottles are essential. Entities will communicate an explanation of the situation, a proposed transition plan, and a timeline for compliance, to be assessed by the Office of Sustainability (OoS). Upon request, OoS can help you develop an appropriate transition plan for achieving compliance.
